Euthanasia Services
Euthanasia is the act or practice of ending the life of an animal that is ill or injured to prevent any further suffering. We offer in-clinic euthanasia as well as in-home euthanasia.
In-clinic euthanasia takes place in our office and we take steps to make it as stress free for you and your beloved pet. Feel free to contact our receptionist to make an appointment at your convenience.
In-home euthanasia takes place in your home. One of our doctors can visit your home to perform your pet’s euthanasia. Please schedule ahead of time with our receptionist.
Cremation Services
Canton Animal Clinic now offers on-site cremation. We offer cremation with cremains and cremation without cremains.
The cremains option specifies an owner’s wish to have their beloved pet’s cremains returned home. Cremains are returned in an urn. We offer beautifully carved rose wood urns. There are many urns available and feel free to bring us an alternate option.

Special requests are welcomed and encouraged. Canton Animal Clinic is also happy to provide a memorial paw print keepsake of your beloved pet. Clay Paw kits can be used for dogs, cats and hooves if so desired. They are customizable and last for years to come.
